 By:merlei arluna Analysis First of all, for my own analysis about the poem of “NOT ALL POEMS SING” is about expression and feelings of a person. Is not easy to make a poem without any experiences and knowledge about the things in this world. Sometimes it became a true story based on the author. This poem is a very interesting to all of us, it because our life is full of darkness and light. We are seeking light through our hopes and dreams, maybe our happiness, our goal and achievements in life. We faced darkness, because we are living this sinful world.  The poem has a free verse structure, written in a narrative form. And the figures of speech used were a mix of simile and metaphor. I didn’t notice any character if I exclude the person the narrator referred to as “you”. By:edilberto k tiempo    ANALYSIS        When I was twelve years old,I used to go to liba,about nine kilometers from the town,to visit my favorite uncle,tio sabelo,the head teacher of the barrio school there.I like going to libay because out many things to eat at my uncle's house: cane sugar syrup,candied meat of young coconut,corn and rice cakes,ripe jackfruit,guavas from trees growing wild on a hill not far from tio sabelo's house.                   SUMMARY •The story say a witch known as minggay awok  which means witch in visayan lives near the creek dividing the libas and sinit-an neighborhoods.The inhabitants were frightened by their unusual presence,lonely life,and occasional visit to the barrios.whenever strange thing happen,she has always been blamed.
